I am working on EphA2, pEpA3 expression with different cell types (MD-MBA231, MOLT4) for the expression of EphA family proteins, They are of high molecular weight 130 kDa. I use RIPA buffer and the protocol for WB is as same I use for other proteins (some are high molecular weight) I work with. I could not get any results so far on EphA2or 3. Checked the antibody and all the conditions I can look for the WB. Really confused. I wanted to know the lysis buffer you use for the EphA family proteins. Thanks in advance.
