Hello everyone,
I am trying to compute the phase angle data using continuous wavelet transform from the raw thermal sequence recorded with Infrared Camera. Is there any way to select Scale (a) and Shift (b) when using Morlet Wavelet.

Morlet I guess has only shift like any signal shifting , while scale stretch (explicit)

I used in MATLAB :
It cannot only be used with cwt :
If you have a vector then
[Wave,frq]=cwt('Data','amor') ;
Next ,
[P,val]=morlet(lower-bound, upper-bound , N) where N is the number of points
For your images , take them as vectors and try doing the cwt ...
