I need some authentic procedures for the determination of PAH in soil and plant samples, possibly some recent referenced methodologies.
which device you intend to use for the analysis? HPLC or GC / MS?
as an alternative to sonication I prefer to use an extraction (ASE acceleated solvent extractor) dichloromethane / hexane .... sonication but that's okay.
Why we don't use spectra of PAH to detect it directly ?
Which device is better for PAH analysis of soil and plant samples-
GC/ GC-MS/ HPLC
Please help me to find out the proper extraction method for the same?
