Dear Sirs
How i can model closed end composite pressure vessel over warped with carbon fiber epoxy resin 4 layers stacked as [+45/-45/-45/+45] with 0.4 thickness aluminum linear vessel dia is 500mm length is 1000mm by ANSYS software
It quite easy! Create geometry and follow the stacking sequence (lay-up option in ANSYS) and assign material properties to the element.
See modelling is a global terminology , please mention what exactly you want to know ?
Following
ACP module can be used in ANSYS and stack them at your requirements or other software Helius freeware from AUTOCAD for laminate based problem solving.
