I want to know if interstitial fluid is also acidic in dental caries patients . which when flow in dentinal lymph and along rod sheath and cause demineralization.
I am orthodontist who can, maybe, help you about enamel demineralisation, adhesion, bond strength of brakets on tooth, precise placement. On dentin and pulp you must find good restauration dentist.I can recommend to you someone from here.
Vladimir Mitic ,thanks you so much for response.such orthodontic study which you mentioned, i have already published .
i need to find out internal pathway of tooth demineralization ,in response to acidic interstitial fluid, which enters through through apical foramen and flows through tubules and enamel rod sheath and cementum.
In response to buffering reaction of body, towards such acidic interstitial fluid, tooth might undergo demineralization, similar to bone and become porous(hypothesis),ultimately prone to caries through external route(saliva).
