I am looking for the paper or the persons who worked on cloning of short sequences targeting the different cellular organelles (vacuole, mitochondria, plasma membrane, septum) in plant pathogenic fungus.

My rosetta strain has chloramp resistance and i am transforming my plasmid with amp resistance but not getting colonies on chloramp/amp LB plates?
