I am working on a tin-based perovskite PV device. For synthesis perovskite, I have dissolved AX and BX2 in a 1:1 molar ratio in 1ml of 4: 1 DMF and DMSO mixture solvent. After the spin-coated film was placed on a hot plate at 75-degree centigrade for 10 min. I saw a maximum of perovskite precursors become evaporated (which I saw on the glass cover used to cover film during heating). My question is why this happening? Is there is a solution to this problem? By the way, I got diode characteristics dark current as given in attachment but there was no photoresponse of the film means Isc and Voc were not changing in presence of light. What are the possible reasons please help me.
