I would like to know the toxins which block cytokinesis without blocking nuclear fragmentation apart from Cytochalasin B.

Blebbistatin and latranculin A would also work by similarly preventing the assembly and contraction of the actomyosin ring. Aurora B inhibitors might be another option, but they would cause also defects in chromosome segregation.
What about nocodazole or taxol? PierPaolo, what do you think?
