I have a series of SPE-s (DRP 110, DRP 220AT and DRP 550) and I saw on Drop Sense website that those kind are to be used for microvolumes. I tried use them for bigger volumes (about 10 mL) together with DRP-CELL-70184, but the results obtained for CV are vague and inconclusive.
Using microvolumes I obtained great results regarding repetability and dependence with scan rate, but variations of peak intensities with concentration were zero. I applied the sample directly with the micropipette on the round in the center of the electrodes.
My question is if this models of electrodes are suitable for quantitative analysis or only qualitative? Can they be used for the cell I previously specified? What can I do to fix this errors and obtain clear dependence?
The analite I study is monosodium glutamate in concentrations between 50-1000 uM and the electrolite is KNO3 0.1 M.
