Is there a Papua New Guinean Learning & Teaching Council in the PNG DHERST?

This question is an important one because I see there is a need for such groups to be in place to Guide the curriculum Design (eCurriculum) purposely for teaching and learning in PNG Universities. This also include a need for the creation of the Council of Educational Research to draw up policies to guide research into teaching and learning in PNG higher education institutions. This come after being a member of the team that wrote a chapter in the recently published book entitled "Confident Supervisors: Creating Independent Researchers".
