In the CW regime, experimental interpretation is simple only when using a noisy excitation laser. In any case (noisy or not), the zero-delay cross-correlation as no meaning in CW (be careful with the literature on this matter) whereas it is THE figure of merit in the pulsed regime as it quantifies photon indistinguishability. In the CW case, the relevant question is the following : for which delay are two photons indistinguishable? The answer depends both on the properties of the QD, and on the properties of the excitation source. This problem is solved by the measurement of the coalescence time window as explained in the papers pointed above (experiment and theory).

If you need it, I must have somewhere a page of notes with the detailed calculations using the superoperator formalism. It is really seamless in this framework. I should also tell you that stray light from elastic scattering nearby the QD and entering the interferometer can be responsible for spoiling terms such as G^(3/2), it can make the detailed analysis difficult.
