I would like to run an (latent profil analysis) LPA. Unfortunately, I no longer have MPlus. Therefore I am using Mclust or tidylpa in R. Great programmes as well!

But there are missings in the data. MPlus used the FIML here. Unfortunately, I have not found out whether FIML can be used in Mclust or tidylpa to deal with missing values. We now think of using MICE to impute the missing data, however running the LPA with FIML would be possible (and technically easier).

If someone knows how to do this (and can send a syntax), that would be great.
