Worsening of recurrent isolated sleep paralysis (RISP) after starting methylphenidate?

I have an adult patient with adhd who reports more RISP-episodes and hallucinations since starting methylphenidate and found nothing about this in literature. He has no narcolepsy. there is one case-report about burpropione, this could hint at a noradrenergic / dopaminergic explanation

I think you need to work on making a full case report with all the investigations and narrative and publish. i have a publication on Methylphenidate and tongue movements.
