Crosslinking mass spectrometry to define complex topology. Which tag?

Hi all, I'm looking for suggestions about performing immunoprecipitation of protein complexes in cells, followed by crosslinking todefine the topology of specific complexes. Which tags and which crosslinkers would you suggest?

FLAG epitope followed by HA might affect the crosslinker? and Flag peptide might sequester BS3 crosllinker?
