What is the criteria of IF distribution between the authors? It varies from institution to institution or there is any fix rule? If the IF of journal is 5.0 how it will be distributed between authors ....equally or first and corresponding authors will get the max part of it?

I never heard that IF is distributed between authors. If there are multiple authors published in ISI journal, the IF for the journal will be considered for all of the same. The weight for each authors stem from the order of authors in the paper; the first usually is preferred, the corresponding author also in some sources takes credit
