Hello everybody! Can someone may have the answers to the following questions ?

1. Is it correct that ACE-2 (Angiotensin Conversion Enzyme - 2) is a functional receptor for SARS-CoV , and probably for SARS-Cov2(Covid-19) ?

May we expect from a ligand of ACE2 (antibodies excluded) to decrease COVID-19 entrance into the host cell ?

2. As selectivity of ligands are always relative, can we expect that one of the ACE1 inhibitors currently and widely used in clinical (captopril, lisinopril, enalapril, perindopril, ramipril.... ) may also inhibits the ECA2 ?

3. Do someone already tried Polyvalent immunoglobulins injection to patient with Covid -19 ?
