How can I upload FASTQ file to SRA by Aspera?

I had submitted the FASTQ file by Aspera, but when the upload is finished, the file will be loaded onto Aspera only without being uploaded to SRA? How is it transferred to SRA?Thanks

What is the best reference genome for each of the isolates? Burkholderia cepacia ,Klebsiella pneumoniae?

I'd like to do whole genome sequencing of those isolates in my country and compare them to a reference genome?
