Hello everyone. I am using a bacterium to control a soil-borne pathogenic fungus on pepper.
I collected root, stem and leaf samples at different time points and I want to analyze the activity of POD, SOD, CAT, PAL and PPO. There are many publications online about enzymatic assays with a lot of different methods. Those confuse me since this is the first time I do enzyme assay. Therefore, could anyone share the protocols that you use with me or suggest me some good papers with clear description about the methods? Your help is very valuable to me.
