I done same thing in ANSYS which you explained above , but i am not getting result correctly as per published literature.

I am taking initial temp as 0 celsius that is default and final temp i am applying on whole area that is any no like 100 celsius.

Is this a correct way to give temperature?

You can perform static analysis with temperature rise and additional very small transverse force in the center of the plate to insert deflection. The buckling temperature should be clearly seen from the central deflection-temperature plot.
