Here you go.

On the right part you have to type (or just paste) the hours in decimal, a space and the value. The decimal separator is dot. Make sure you have ticked the empty square (fracció decimal)

To get the results you need to click in the white arrow (Càlcul)

It Works well on XP. In Vista and 7 it needs one of these options:

- Try right click with your mouse and use the admin option.

- If it does not work try right click again and check version problems.

I am not sure about names, because my PC is in spanish...
