By glycation do you mean formation of AGE's. Formation of AGE's happens in serum (High blood glucose), rather than the intracellular proteins (no glucose entering the cell). CYP450's are intra-cellular proteins. So the possilbility of CYP450's getting glycated non-enzymatically is slim.
Thanks for adding your POV Sharad. I am aware of glycated proteins in blood but could not find anything on glycation of intracellular enzymes in hepatic tissue.
I could find this article which has reported the glycation of cytosolic proteins in STZ induced diabetes in rat. So, perhaps membrane bound enzymes also gets glycated.
