That paper is just under review, and it's just a myth like others (kids can not catch it, pets can spread it, probably its a man-made virus, face mask will totally protect you from viruse, less deadly than flue, you will know it, if you have a virus while sometimes it is asymptomatic etc).

During the last three months time Pakistan observed three types of lock downs in three different phases.
Phase I was forced lockdown. In this phase no one was allowed to go out from their house.
Phase Ii: Partial lockdown. In this lockdown was a little relexed. Some shops were permitted to open.
Phase III. Smart lockdown. Labor community were allowed for work. Majority of shops were kept open except hotels, restaurants and wedding halls. Some important iffices were also opened.
School, colleges and universities are still closed.
Increase in COVID-19 cases were observed during the smart lockdown. Pakistan got control to some extent when compared with the surrounding neighbors countries.
