Hi..
I would like to have some insights regarding depends of particle size on dielectric properties of ceramics(Dielectric constant, Quality Factor,Dielectric loss etc. ).
Does grain size plays any important role in Ceramic properties at microwave and above frequencies.

Dear Abhishek Viswanath, there is usually a domaine in which the dielectric constant increases with increasing particle size up to a certain limit. I think Scherrer équation describes this behavior. Please check the following documents. My Regards

Exactly, the variation of grain size is the main reason for changing dielectric properties. Once the grain size increases, you can find the dielectric constant also increases. Because of the grain boundary reduction when increases of grain size.
