Hi,
I recently calculated the absorbance of chitosan nanoparticles with encapsulated beetroot leaf extracts from UV Spectrophotometer but I need the concentration to calculate the amount of drug released in the invitro drug release analysis. How can I convert the absorbance into concentration?

To calculate the concentration of released drug, first make a standard curve of the drug, plot absorbance vs concentration plot, find out the straight line equation y=mx+c and then you will calculate the concentration from absorbance value.
