Hello Fellows,

I want to determine lignocellulose biomass in plant leaves and wood and I am using NDF/ADF approach but those reagents (CTAB and Decahydronapthalene ) are not suitable for a green approach. Could you please suggest me any substitute of those reagents in this approach? Thank you!
