Control cell lines Mesoderm, Endoderm, Ectoderm?

Hello,

i differentiate ipsc to endoderm, mesoderm and ectoderm and verify if the differentiation was successful via FACS.

For this I would need a positive control. Does anyone know a good positive control for mesoderm, endoderm and ectoderm?

Hi Annika, I do not have an answer to your question, but I would like to know what protocol you used for differentiation. I am trying to do a 'dirty' experiment, treating cells with CHIR for 4 days and seeing markers of mesoderm, but I am not sure if the approach is correct.

Do you have any suggestions?
