Consumers Right phrase

Author Dr Fatema Miah (Raby).

Prior knowledge.

Consumes Right I studied in 1990, during in Business studies, with other topics of I just remembered FIFA, LIFA, the value added tax, profit, Gross and Net. Furthermore, I studied the Goods and services, production, chain of distribution, manufacturing, whole sale, and retail; to sales services, procedures, the restoration - (to meet the customers demands and needs), - display.

From top of my head and my decades old prior learn, there is a clear difference between 1) the Law, act of legislations, and 2) the market Appraisal. The letter is the matter of business style, the fashion to presentation, by applying the knowledge to assess, together with understanding applying the SMART, and consumers needs to locality – affordability.

In this UK, the system are abused, and British are oppressed, after do not talk, (go silent) or avoid any roug (oh my old English ), in fear of race card, the race card from who? If course the foreign and cunning migrants. This Asian people specifically, (there are others too,) go around using the word "customer right".

I have been laughing for some years now.

Two years ago this Asian man stopped me, in the Spark Hill asked me about customer right, I did avoid, I said I won't talk on this, though he insisted, I had bite my lips stopping my giggles. There a woman was arguing with this phrase she claims she is educated, arguing with evil cunningness she was saying she is educated, over one pound vegetable in street /roadside stall, I refused to talk, I tried to walk away though the man insisted.

Anyway, I told him, I am aware of Consumers Right, and the vegetables seller is not wrong either, the customer does not have to buy if she does not like what he is selling, exactly that is what he told her. ( No wonder why original English vegetable stalls are disappearing, because of these evil the bad Asian people, play bad with race card with word educated, playing bad with Acts, to ordinary people, cause harassments with their argument wrongly, with lies, on price comparisons with convictions of many kinds.

Those women, Afghani – Pakistani, (no hijab, of course they are educated, against their men, and their term, modern) they are the same faces, they do not speak English fluently, short cut with wrong, they keep saying forcefully, educated, in the roadside tiny vegetables stalls. Today, Monday 28 July, same women, in Spark Hill, made the men going nut, a Muslim man of her ethnic, he was going around like scared and head down to her, going back and forth, giving one more them two more extra to her showing all his tomatoes, she has been pressing down with her hands and she faulting them all, She saying customer right, "there less", she made other customers delay, waiting. I said why don’t you go to Tesco or Sainsbury’s instead?

Woman got angry and repeated that she is customer and customer right, they have to give her what customer want, she called me stupid, I should mind my business. I said I am doing that. 1) Its they have rights on everything, everywhere over every one else. 2) This is UK.

Gosh – Blimey.

B

The consumers Right Act, reformed in 2015.

These same kind of groups of people, they are violating business codes by false products of clothes, false make-ups, henna and in catering. Try often force people into their business to be their customers even they fake education services cunningly make business of. They entice forcefully.

For the tomatoes, on the stall, no Rights been violated, certainly not to this above mentioned Afghanistani- Kashere- Pakistani woman, even if she bought a bowl full of tomatoes was there for £1 only and they gave her 2 extra too, still the woman did not buy any for being busy on her argument. With such kind of attitude she and her like those, come back and fight for pounds to be given back, they ask for refund, saying tomatoes were not taste good, "customer right".

However, there is no such Consumer Rights been wronged in tomatoes purchase in her situation, from the Key Consumer Rights:

“Satisfactory Quality: Products should be free from defects and in good working order.

Fit for Purpose: Goods should be suitable for the purpose they are intended for.

As Described: Products must match the description provided by the seller.

Right to Repair or Replacement: Consumers can request a repair or replacement for faulty goods.

Right to a Refund: A full refund is typically available within the first 30 days of purchase for faulty goods.

30 Days to Reject Goods: Consumers have a 30-day window to reject faulty goods and claim a full refund.

6 Months to Claim: For faulty goods, consumers have 6 months to request a repair or replacement, with the retailer needing to prove the item was not faulty when purchased if the request is after 6 months.

6 Years to Claim (5 in Scotland): Consumers can pursue legal action for faulty goods up to 6 years after purchase (5 in Scotland).

Other Important Considerations:

Digital Content: The Consumer Rights Act 2015 also covers digital content, ensuring it is of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

Unfair Contract Terms: The Act protects consumers from unfair or misleading contract terms.

High-Pressure Selling: Consumers are protected from high-pressure sales tactics.”
