Dear Researchers and Scholars
I would like conduct a bibliometric analysis where the focus will be developing countries (10). While searching database (Web of Science), Do I need to use each country in the search term along with main research keywords? Or is there any alternative way to show analysis specifically for these countries. Or, Can I use country/regions filtering in the database to select the countries for analysing trends, country contribution.

I have two answers for you.
First and completely related to your question, the citation databases such as WOS have many inbuilt sophisticated search operators that we as "just scientists" are not aware of them. So if you find and consult a system librarian it would be a great help. Not bad to see my detailed answer in a "somehow" related discussion, you may gain some insight, even if you yourself want to search and retrieve the related items.

Second is that, bibliometrics or all other related metrics such as scientometrics, have become enemy of all sciences, "by the methods that are used these years". Bibliometric studies do not show the reality, by some quantitative digits, we give credits to some one(s) or somewhere(s) at micro, meso or macro levels, while when we go through and dig out the case, the realty will be very different and in many cases very painful.
