This dot appeard instead a visible distinct band. the concentration of the DNA was 30 microgeam/ml
Can you help me please if this is a band or not and why it appears like that ?
I think the dot is just a water spot or a reflection of some sort and you don't have any DNA or at least not enough to see. Note you have a similar but stronger dot just to the left of the ladder band.
Michael J. Benedik
thank you for your answer
the concentration of DNA was 30 microgram/ ml
do u think this is not enough to form a visible band ?
That is a concentration and not an amount. How much did you add?
and how do you know that concentration is accurat?
Water Stress Index (WSI) and Environmental water requirements (EWR). Thank you.
