Hi, we're studying viral degradation of host cell proteins and whether its via the proteasome (using Proteasomal and Autophagy inhibitors and western blotting to study it).

I was wondering if anyone had any recommended concentrations for the following inhibitors to add to HEK293s:

- Lactacystin

- Mg132

- 3-MA (3-methyladenine)

- BafA-I (Bafilomycin A1)

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
