what is good concentration of AS drug in hydrogel for in vitro studies like cytotoxicity test and antioxidant activity ,because i have tried many concentration 120ug per 1mL of hydrogel and also used 250ug but i did not get good results ....Anyone please help me to solve my problem ... it would be highly appreciate
