Hello,
I want to solve the simplest form of my project (Attached) but the velocity in the length of channel in not constant, and the temperature at outlet comes 36Celsius degrees (309K) but it should be 63 celcius degrees (336K).
Where is the problem? how can I solve it?

it is possible you attach you COMSOL file. In this situation I can help you. because you didn't give enough explanation. But your simulation should be easy and COMSOL can do it easily. I think you did a mistake in implementation of your model in COMSOL.
now, question is whats the difference between V0 and u? If V0 is inlet velocity and u is the flow solution through the channel, in COMSOLl you just should define V0 and non-slip boundary condition on channel's wall.
Anyways hard to say before see you model in COMSOL.

The velocity should be change due to the friction and the heat rate. you need to check the boundary condition and your equations as well as the mesh.

I attached the file (version 5.0). I think there may be a problem in the solver part and my main problem is why the bulk T is mush lower than expected.

I have checked your file:
1- Please note your analytical results are calculated using the simplified situation for Navier–Stokes equations.
2- You can not solve fluid_flow modul because already you have the flow field distribution: u= 2*V0......
3- Then you just should solve heat transfer module and inser the flow distribution directly in heat transfer module (As I did)
4- Please take care, you analytical results are for pipe not channel!!!!!!! then you have to use 2D-assymetric in r, z coordinates and 2D with x,y coordinates.
I did all of these changes in your file and outlet temperature was 336K. Enjoy it my friend.
