Anyone working with COLO205? I found this weird "thing" floating and some of them looks attached between the cell. Has anyone encounter this problem before? or it just a normal morphology for a dying COLO205 cell?
hi assalamualaikum,
i think those are cell debris. some of your cells might have died and released its contents outside. nothing to worry about but do change media every 2 days or so (or more frequently should you see abnormal amount of cell death). cell death can change pH of your media.

i dont know if this is relevant but i think those could be cells that had gone apoptosis. look at the image i have attached.
