Collagen estimation post hepatic stellate cell activation?

Post activation of hepatic stellate cells, I would expect the accumulation of the ECM component collagen.Can the collagen be detected in the culture media?or is it in the cell lysate or extract? Is there an ELISA kit to detect all the collagen types(human specific)?
