Majorly used geometries for any storage purposes are cylindrical and spherical geometries depending on state of fluid, is there any other geometry which can be efficient than both the existing geometries and can replace them in storing purposes.
Usually, I use cDNA and perform gradient PCR for primer standardization. What kind of sample cDNA do I have to use in this case and what steps do I need to consider for standardization?
