Coating cell culture plates with notch ligands?

I would like to stimulate cells with recombinant Jag1-Fc. In the past, I used to dissolve it directly in the culture medium, which worked quite well. But recently, I was not so successful with this approach, so I would like to pre-coat the plates with the ligand.

Has anyone experience with it and can recommend a protocol?

Dear Daniel,

thank you for your answer. I did a test run the last days and it worked. I only changed the incubation to overnight incubation at 4°C.
