Does anyone have an idea of how to coat PDMS with PPC without spin coating?
The method we are using right now (since we don't have a spin coater) to transfer PPC to PDMS is by tape liftoff (a hole is made in the tape) from glass slide and then placing on the PDMS. However, we have a problem that the PPC films wrinkles.
Any ideas are welcome.

Can you put PDMS on the PPC with support of a glass substrate.
Alternatively, drop casting PPC on the PDMS. Prior to do so, you need to do plasma treatment on PDMS to make its surface hydrophilic.
What is the thickness of PPC layer do you want?
Zhiqiang Ma I beleieve it would be difficult to spray PPC on PDMS considering its viscosity
Xuhua Wang The viscoelastic surface seem to not allow the PPC spread evenly.
I am seeking a 2.5micron thick layer of PPC on the PDMS.
