As the title indicates, I am looking for an old paper I once saw demonstrating that co-transection results in all plasmids being taken up by transfected cells. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,
in essence this is shown with all 3d generation Lentiviral packaging systems as they require cotransfection of 4 vectors. Same is true for Luciferase detection systems using Renilla as reference. So I would look for a publication from Didier Trono regarding lentiviral systems
