Has anyone used Plerixafor (AMD3100) in vitro?

I want to try using Plerixafor (AMD3100), an antagonist for CXCL12-CXCR4 binding in vitro. Could someone help me with the solvent that has to be used to dissolve and the shelf life post dilution?
