I'm interested in this article and following your method of latex bead PEGylation. Could you let me know the zetapotential value of latex beads with and without PEG? What kind of EDC concentration were used to get final one 4mg/ml in the mixed compound? Do you think that the lower weight PEG inhance the efficacy of PEGylation?
