I have isolated Tregs and stimulated with anti-CD3,28,2. Treg cells are expandend seven days to add them again anti-CD3,28,2. I evaluated the expression of CD4 nad CD3 and both are decrease. The finality of Treg expansion is to evaluated the TCR repertor, that is why I worry about that the decrease of CD3 induce the TCR internalisation.

Does any one can help me? please.
