Hi everyone!
I am looking for CD20 positive cells.
My specific question is, is there a possible database where to check for CD20 positive cell lines and where I can compare the amount of expressed receptors...
Till now I have Raji cell line in my lab... and I don't want to order cell lines just to check for the amount. On pubmed I find tons of papers about CD20 and cell lines but I could not find a paper with a comparison of expression-levels.

The comparison of CD20 is all relative. The best comparison will be to compare CD20 expression on you cell line to primary b-cells obtained from a several healthy donors. You can use a t-cell line to use as a b-cell negative control.
