I am planning to do CD107a degranulation assay and intracellular staining (IFNy) in mice splenocytes. So, for assay, I am planning to have a total of 5-hour incubation adds (will add Monesin after one hour of incubation). is it ok to stop the experiment after incubation and store the plate at 4C for 12 hours approx? then the next day will do the intracellular staining?
