I would like to measure carbonyl groups in human serum by HPLC. Who is currently working on that?

I'm not working on that, just suggesting to use hyphenated HPLC-FTIR, integrate band at 1850-1650 cm-1, anyway you will need a calibration curve in order to have real data, else build an index by using some other reference band.
