I would like to answer following questions:
- the specific area of brain that Camkiia-Cre would be active in
- specific cell types that the KO will occur in
- figure out for each cell type (major function, what does it secrete, channel/reporters)
- what lineage specific transcription factors does it need for the cells that Camkiia-Cre is active in
- what happenes in mice when these lineage TFs, channels, or receptors are KO'ed out.
