I am planning some experiments to investigate increasing innate immune system.

After dissect mouse spleen and culture splenocyte at plate, I will measure splenocyte proliferation, NK cell activity, increased TNF-a, IFN-r, IL-2 secretion.

Now, I find the chemical compound which used for assay validation as positive control.

Can you recommend positive control for mouse splenocyte experiment?
