I synthesis graphene oxide by microwave plasma chemical vapor deposition but when I measured X ray diffraction I get this spectrum.

Make the question more feasible. Seeing is beleiving. Can you show any optical image of the film? What are the growth condition for your growth under MWPECVD? Lot of reports available on the PECVD grown few layer graphene and vertical graphene/carbon nanowalls.How you ensure the film is GO? Can you elaborate the things little more?

The first thing is to do a TEM analysis of your GO. once its confirmed that you have your graphene sheets from your TEM image, then you can use FT-IR to confirm the presence of hydroxyl and carboxylic groups and other peaks such ass C=O, C=C, C-O stretching vibrations. These analyses will give first hand information and guide, rather than doing only or judging from XRD. A lot could make you XRD look not ok such as sample state (preferably solid). For you to get more help, explain more on the precursors used and synthesis conditions.
Raman spectroscopy is a very powerful tool for Graphene analysis.
I agree with Charles. Along with the Raman analysis you may verify the formation of Graphene from UV-Visible and FTIR spectral analysis. Also you may collect the XPS data to know more about the surface functional groups.

XRD analysis can give you a idea. But as many people have mentioned the other techniques such as Raman and FTIR are the ones you need to use. AFM (if avalable) is a great technique to see whether your exfoliated GO is single or multilayer. But before any of that FTIR and Raman are your best friends.

I am quite surprise to see the square shaped peaks in XRD measurement. I don't know the meaning of this kind of shape. Please let me know about. Or is this instrument error ?
