When i make reduction for graphene oxide i get blue shift although reduced graphene oxide conductive but blue shift means high band gap. Why is this?

Can you comment on this spectrum and two emission peaks please?

I measure the emission of graphene oxide thin film on glass and get this spectrum and two emission peaks at 548 nm and 605 nm with differrent excitation wavelength. Thanks.
