first, prepare dpph solution (0.024g dpph in 100ml).

dilute your sample in different conc.

3ml dpph was taken and 200 μl of the sampl mixed and

incubate for 15min dark at RT.

The control was prepared exactly in the same way using 200 μl ethanol instead of a sample.

absorbance was measured at 517nm.
