Here is my problem. The manufacturer has said that adding NAC to this mixture will cause the powder to harden. Although I could package the NAC separately, that is not an ideal solution. Can you explain to me what the process might be that causes NAC to harden the mixture of powder? Also, how long would it take to cause that problem to occur? Is there an additive which we could add to the mixture that would not cause any reduction in effectiveness of the mixture but would prevent the NAC from hardening the mixture?
